Curating Culture for Real Estate Development: Joule House, Wynwood








Curated 21 large-scale murals for WXLLSPACE and Fisher Brothers at Joule House, a new luxury apartment complex in Wynwood. The program featured local Miami artists, with 15 murals activating the property’s first-floor outdoor paseo called “The Calle Collective”, permanently open to the public. Additional works were installed throughout key amenity spaces, creating a cohesive art experience across the development.
