Contemporary Feminist Focus

My studio practice is rooted in contemporary feminist discourse. I create paintings and installations that examine feminine archetypes and stereotypes, blending imagery from dance, vintage advertising, and cultural ideals of womanhood.

Reflective and Iridescent Materials

I work with holographic film, metallic finishes, and glitter-infused pigments to build layered surfaces. These shifting materials change with light and perspective, echoing the fluid and fleeting identities often projected onto women.

Critical and Seductive Imagery

Color and shine lure the viewer into the work, but beneath the surface are questions of control, perception, and desire. The tension between attraction and critique drives the meaning of each piece.

Influence of South Florida

As a South Florida native, my palette and materials are influenced by the region’s natural environment and cultural vibrancy. The result is a sensuous, electric quality that grounds the work in place and context.
